MOVEment as MEDITATION : Full Moon in Pisces - Activate Your Dreamworld

On Wednesday August 30th there is a full moon in the sign of Pisces. Full moons symbolically represent fulfillment and a time for intentions and wishes to come to fruition. The seeds planted in a new moon are realized in the light of the full moon energy. Pisces is ruled by the planet Neptune and as such rules our dream world, the dreamscape, the realms within ourselves and our hearts. 

Full moons can also be about a release of old dreams that no longer serve our goals moving forward in the world. Within this, there is the space to weild the energy in our bodies in such a way to alchemize this and remember the dreams from a deeper part of ourselves and our psyche.

Join us for a very special movement and stretch class with a curated playlist to assist in bringing your body into balance as the full moon energies work through our deeper emotions. As the world is vibration, a call to ground, and find the alchemy within ourselves through movement in order to do that.

Dance, movement, and synchronicity along with song and music is something that has belonged to our human family for millenia. Let us honour or place in the grand cycles of the cosmos by stepping with love into it.

Class will take place in a small intimate studio in downtown Toronto. Please bring a yoga mat, as well as wear anything you feel you can stretch and move in comfortably. As well please bring water to stay hydrated as stretching and releasing will require replenishment. 

You will be encouraged to go at your own pace through the movements; no judgements.
