Must be 19 and over (ID may be asked for) to participate in any Ceremony as well as disclose any medical conditions/medications before any healing session begins. Not recommended if you have a history of mental illness or are taking any pharmaceutical drugs. You agree to disclose any such information during a pre-screening consultation. Such information and any personal details will remain confidential and not seen or given to a third party. Please do not use any information, offerings, services or products provided on the Site as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours or more is mandatory in order to cancel/reschedule a personal training/therapy session.

Session packages expire after 3 month of purchase are not redeemable or transferable after this time.

 

Event Cancellation received at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

Private Ceremony : Once a Private Healing Session is booked, no refunds are given. No exceptions. Once our team has engaged with you the Healing Process starts. No Show or Late Arrival for any reason forfeits your Private Healing Session. No refund and no customer credit in full or partial, no make-up session and no rescheduling will be given Non-Refundable Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, the balance is subject to the cancellation policy.
