THE FOREST KING: Movie Screening and Conversation Q&A

We are so very pleased to present an exclusive movie screening of the short animated sci-fi film THE FOREST KING on Thursday August 17th at 7pm in a secret theatre room in Downtown Toronto!

Based on fairy tale folk legend and reimagined for the current reality that we find ourselves in, THE FOREST KING packs a meaningful punch and provides a wonderful basis by which we can converse with each other about topics that can sometimes be tough to speak about with. Our special guest at this feature presentation is none other than the cosmic creator Lubomir Arsov!

LUBOMIR ARSOV is an artist, working as an animation writer/director. His personal work explores the psychological, parapolitical, and spiritual dynamics that define the momentous time we are collectively navigating. In 2017 he released his first award-winning animated film, “IN-SHADOW: A Modern Odyssey”, exploring the fragmented unconscious of our times. Professionally, he has worked in various phases of production and IP development for both major and boutique animation studios, on a variety of film and TV projects, for clients like – Netflix, Warner Brothers, Blue Sky, Mattel, Disney, House of Cool, among others. His latest projects include directing the re-imagined “He-Man and The Masters of The Universe”, and his the most recent sci-fi short, “The Forest King”.
