Go go dance is a combination of perfomance, freestyle, dance and movement magic all in one. The ART of Go Go dance is about empowering you to find your own movement within you to perform the music to convey deeper messages of self.

The ART of Go Go Dance Class Class Structure
6:30pm Welcome and intention setting; song reveal
6: 35 - 7pm Freestyle and movement exercises to warm up and find your own body language
7pm - 7:30pm Choreography with the freedom within to add freestyle
7:30 - 8pm - Filming and character play! Smaller groups and focus on performance and storytelling
