Welcome to the summer my friends!
To celebrate we are hosting a shuffle dance class outside with LIVE DJ support from DJ Mr Golden Era.
This class is beginner-level friendly and is meant for those of us who are kids at heart - but feel free to bring your kids! Shuffle dance classes are all about the bassline and the beat. We will learn how to ground and move in sync with other beings and with the heartbeat of the universe.
We will start the class with a fun warm up to get your blood pumping and flowing, then into some fundamental moves and grooves to dance and shuffling in particular, and finally some choreo combo so we can dance in sync together!
What to bring:
- A good pair of running shoes as shuffling requires feel into the ground and we will be on concrete
- Lots of water to stay hydrated
- A fun and positive attitude!
