The May full moon is also known as the Flower Full Moon or the blooming moon. This full moon is a particularly emotional one as it takes place in the sign of Scorpio. We are going to be dancing to a song that I did a choreo to over 20 years ago, but there is a new remix now - so it has this extra amazing transmutation power behind it.
The Flower moon is also to represent blossoming; the energy to unfurl your petals and fully open up and receieve and to clear pathways that may be blocked from the past.
This class is meant for dancers and "non-dancers". The choreography is meant to act as a frame for your own unique movements. My job as a teacher in this class is to help you unleash your inner sacred dancer.
Come with an open heart and no outdoor shoes (socks are usually best for the floor in this studio).
