Oftentimes we see heels as a class or a style in dance. This can be because there are so-called "limitations" to some of the movement in heels... ie. You aren't going to do a huge split jump in heels... but hey, actually maybe you could.

This heels dance class is more about the LINES and TECHNIQUE of what dancing in heels demands of your body.
