Full Moon Movement Magic Masterclass

Dance is something ancient from the deepest memories of our human experience. On September 10th, we are blessed with a dreamy and powerful Pisces full moon. As the summer days are leaving us; lets come together in an open level dance class and let me show your earth avatars some moves to move in sync as a group. 

From a psychological perspective, synchronized movement has been shown to increase some of our happiness hormones and as such - the song that we will be dancing to is called "DOPAMINE".

Below is a schedule of the class:

3pm -  Arrival, Welcome and Sacred Soma Supplementation option

3:33pm - Dynamic warm-up, vibes, freestyle circle

4pm - Choreography

4:30pm - Performing and music video 

5pm - Stretch and close

We are also next to an awesome paddleboard rental place (https://www.oceahoceah.com/) and I welcome you to join us in a sunset paddle after the class!!

Please make sure to bring a towel, some water, as well as ideally a white bathing suit with denim shorts for the video.

The second part of the choreo is best done in the sand/grass so barefoot is good - if you feel more comfortable with a yoga mat you can bring that.
